    I had several good experience before but yesterday was complete incompetence. The clerk at the desk made a mistake on my first package - was going to send it Priority flat rate when it clearly was NOT. Was extremely slow and did not even know how to enter a box that wasn't flat rate . . .had to get the other clerk to help?!?! It took 35-40 minutes to send 2 packages to Canada - all at the holidays when the line was incredibly long. The other clerk completed a bunch of other transactions in the time I was with this guy and even helped him too! It was embarrassing for both of us as I had to keep asking for help from the other staff to make sure it was done right . . .and even now I am completely stressed that one package isn't tracking (just shows the initial sale transaction) and this it to our family with small kids - Ugh! I spent $78 on shipping packages and this is the kind of service they provide?!?!
